I heard this earlier this morning around 9:00-9:30, but I held off posting it until I got more info. I now have heard from 2 independent sources that Dooley's agent, Jimmy Sexton, is making numerous calls to gauge interest for possible staff positions that might be available to him after the season. You can believe this or not. I really don't care one iota either way. I trust these sources. Of course, things could change. I am not a "Book it!" kind of guy. Just sharing what has been shared with me.
Nothing more on Gruden, but this info is a positive sign that the failed Dooley experiment might be nearing an end.
OV ain't playin any games.
I still find it an indictment of the Dooley worship of some when an actual former player that gave his all for Tennessee, wore the Orange and White, sported the "T" on his helmet, and ran through the "T" is called a negavol. If OV is a nega, I am honored though unworthy to be in the same group. Pitiful doesn't even begin to describe that.

Not trying to start something jv, but I have known all the Sexton brothers since I was @ 12. Went to HS with the middle one and youngest. I just got a text back after asking, and the response was "lol. Not quite."
That's it. Doesn't mean they aren't hiding something by any means, but that was the response.
B is a great guy all the way around. His posts are clear and to the point on all fronts. His wearing the orange should garner respect whether you disagree with his opinion or not. We seem to agree with him more often than not.
That term is so watered down and meaningless to me at this point its not even worth a thought.
All VFLs who donned the Orange and White are great and to be respected, from scout team to the Sugar Vols and the Champion Vols. That extends to current players as well.Again, just doing my part to help you guys over the 5K mark. I bet if you start a Gruden Haiku contest you could get there tonight.
