JJ do better man

Lol people like some of these posters are those people who have ruined a lot of football. (Oh gosh he hit him hard and probably stepped on his face..... guess these guys don’t know about the grabbing, punching, pinching, etc that goes on in a pile up.....)
the ol’ 2 finger up the nostrils was always pleasant

Didn’t look like a total accident, but I loved it! It’s like he took all of my frustrations for the night out on the guy too! All I have wanted was to see JJ score one last TD at home, thought he deserved that. People on here can act like he is a punk because of that video, but to me he is the heart and soul of the team. I sure am going to miss him!

Are you going to love it when he gets suspended for the bowl game? Because that's what might happen. At least the 1st half.

Football is a rough sport.

Thank you for spreading the "Gospel of Patrice." For a comedian, he may have been the most important thinker of a generation. He was also a 100 percent Peyton Manning fan and believed he was the greatest of the era.

No, but I get if he does. Won’t change the way I feel about him. He has been by far the only bright spot in our offense in many games this year, so I can excuse his frustrations tonight as I was pretty frustrated with what I saw on the field tonight as well. Happy for the win, but very frustrated when we were playing against the crap team we were playing against.

What's the precedent on being retroactively punished for something that wasn't flagged on the field and that is somewhat ambiguous when it comes to intent? George Cafego is smiling right now because of you Juan

Probably like that stupid bogus targeting review that nobody threw a flag for......drives me insane. Crap like that is ruining the game I grew up watching, waiting for the season when the players march out with flags hanging from their waistbands.

Yeah. The more I see it, the less I think the stomp was on purpose.

But on first impressions? Afraid most will see it as intentional. Will we give it second looks? Sure we will. But most won't.

It's like every year they try their damnedest to ruin the game

More likely someone will suggest widening the field for men's soccer.

Watch your language. You said the T word.

Didn't see the event in real time nor during the broadcast replays but wanted to decide for myself after reading about it here. Was expecting to see a blatant, malicious, unequivocally intentional stomping but must say it isn't clear to me whether intentional or not.

Wow. This is everything everybody is talking about? I mean I’m biased, but jeez this is nothing. If you google Jauan all there is, is media talking about how he stomped on some Vandy players face. Over here you got people talking like Jauan killed a man, and the actual video doesn’t look even remotely bad to me. I’ve seen way worse done to Jauan. If some one retroactively punishes this I’ll be kind of pissed. This is a typical media story in 2019. Very little substance to the actual claim and a whole lot of coverage on the inferred intent by the media.

Will a lot of people think it was intentional.
Yes

Will the media go nuts and blow it out of proportion because it’s TN.
Yes

Does JJ have incredible vision to enable him to do that without even looking down at where he is even stepping.
No

...which is why I don’t think it was intentional as bad as it looked

Well TN is getting better so the media has to find something to go after us on now. JJ just helped the storyline

If y'all didn't know Disney owns ESPN and Disney is very liberal so DJ and the like are either saying this crap bc they are stupid or just tryn to keep their jobs. It's football, it's a contact sport, things happen. Our players aren't the thugs of Florida back in the day (Aaron for example) this is clearly an accident and yes a lot of the same stuff happened during other games today.

this has nothing to do about Disney or anyone or anything being liberal at all. Mickey Mouse doesn’t tell some of those morons at ESPN what to say

He didn’t meat too. Lots of emotions. Vandy has been beating our tail 5 out of 7 years.
5 out of 7 years. Very selective stat. Who has had their tails whipped more the past 10 years? 15? 20? 25? 30? 35? 40? 45? 50? 55? 60?..

See where I am going with this? Vandy has beat tennessee like 14 times since 1928..
