If Disney/ABC had just waited until the end of Q3 on October 1st, when the Nielsen ratings for Jimmy Kimmel Live! could be evaluated, with more time allowed for the reaction of affiliates and advertisers, then this wouldn't give such a strong appearance of government overreach, and an infringement on 1st Amendment rights.When would have been a good time for you?
If those ratings showed a decline from Q2 .... it would be very easy to sell this as a business decision.
