Well when people who like to accuse people of racism it’s nice to be able to have facts. It’s not the 1st time someone has said the word thug is the new word for the word that is and should be unspeakable

So, if I understand you, David Duke did NOT in fact invent the word “thug” to be used as a clever dog-whistle for closeted racists everywhere?

Current usage and current meaning may be two different things depending on who you’re talking to, and what their viewpoint may be.

Yes. Actually it does. Because what YOU think it means is not what I think it means. You cannot appropriate words just because you think they have an alternate meaning.

Pretty straight forward what the word means. I don't read anything racial into that and neither should anyone else.

I am pretty disappointed that this leak couldn't wait until after the Vols vs UGA game.

If we lose this weekend, it is simply because our players were distracted and were concerned about Jeremy Banks.

Thoughts?

Guess it's all up to the person really..I never new what racism was until about the 4th grade when over night my best friend started hating me just because I was white. We had been best friends since the first day of kindergarden.
