So I checked his website, I checked the wiki of his campaign, I checked the AP stories going over his platform, I went over some articles covering his major speeches. What should have stood out to you, is that Donald Trump campaigned on releasing the Epstein files in 2024 because that was what his MAGA base overwhelmingly supported. Trump's Attorney General, Pam Bondi, even described releasing the Epstein files as a top priority of hers, after her confirmation.
But now ..... we are supposed to think of the release of the Epstein files as a "Democrat hoax." Only in Trump's orbit, is such thinking even rational.
speaking of dinner. @lawgator1 we are still waiting on that proof that Trump spent 2017 Thanksgiving with Epstein.lol..........
That's some fancy backpedaling.......and you're still way off track.
Go ahead and finish the story.....did Epstein go to the dinner? Why or why not?
it is coming..just held up in the mail.speaking of dinner. @lawgator1 we are still waiting on that proof that Trump spent 2017 Thanksgiving with Epstein.
I will be back in a minute ..... yes, you are wrong. So I checked his website, I checked the wiki of his campaign, I checked the AP stories going over his platform, I went over some articles covering his major speeches.
Epstein is not mentioned. This seems like a common, but wrong, assumption. or at least unproven assumption.
it is something he never did from the campaign, vs his Biden-era rhetoric.
Let try this..Then that's still just the fault of two people .... Lisa Rossi of the political consulting firm, Dynamic SRG, and a former executive assistant of Jeffrey Epstein's named Lesley Groff.
Rossi wrote the invite and sent it to Groff, who forwarded the e-mail to Jeffrey Epstein.
It is beyond stupid to say that Epstein not attending doesn't matter. For one thing, it shows that the Secret Service is on the ball at least a little bit. They forbid registered sex offenders from attending official Presidential and White House functions including fundraisers.
There was never a chance that Epstein would have made it into that dinner.
happy to be. but references to Epstein mysteriously dried up from his campaign as far as I can tell.
Sorry, we are told emails are a big deal now. You were chirping about Trump being mentioned by Epstein and ran with it. Now look at you dancing to the song “Cognitive dissonance.”Then that's still just the fault of two people .... he never was really for releasing the files either. this was the closest your article got, and Trump says he will look at the files, not release them.![]()
What Trump has said about Jeffrey Epstein over the years, including on 2024 campaign trail
Trump faces backlash from MAGA supporters over his admin's handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files. Here's what he's said about the disgraced financier over the years.abcnews.go.com
Trump didn't completely turn against releasing the Epstein files until the backlash from the MAGA base, when Bondi announced that there wasn't an Epstein client list.
When it comes to the President, I think that's the job of the Secret Service. The invited guests who are cleared by the Secret Service are further scrutinized by the White House Chief of Staff. As a registered sex offender, Epstein would have never made it past the initial background check of the Secret Service.Let try this..
1. Do you believe the POTUS give authority to their staff to approve or disapprove guest lists?
2. Do you think a high profile criminal on them guest list is a red flag?
3. Do you believe that if there is an invitation to a questionable person that it's is not confirmed by they POTUS or someone speaking in they behalf?
There is zero chance a POTUS is reviewing the guest list. It's SS for safety reason and his staff. What a waste of time that would beWhen it comes to the President, I think that's the job of the Secret Service. If the President wants someone at the White House, that will person will be allowed into the White House. (of course, the President isn't reviewing everything)When it comes to the President, I think that's the job of the Secret Service. That's reaching ..... especially when you look back at Pam Bondi's claim that Trump had made releasing the Epstein files a top priority for the DOJ.he never was really for releasing the files either. this was the closest your article got, and Trump says he will look at the files, not release them.
"Yeah, I'd certainly take a look at it. Now, Kennedy's interesting because it's so many years ago," Trump said. "They do that for danger too, because it endangers certain people, et cetera, et cetera, so Kennedy is very different from the Epstein thing but I'd be inclined to do the Epstein. I'd have no problem with it."
Trump left his comments vague enough for people to infill what they wanted from it, without saying he would actually release the files.
If you're of the opinion that a guest list for a fundraiser isn't vetted before the actual invitations are sent out. Then we have nothing more to talk about. When it comes to the President, I think that's the job of the Secret Service. The invited guests who are cleared by the Secret Service are further scrutinized by the White House Chief of Staff. As a registered sex offender, Epstein would have never made it past the initial background check of the Secret Service.
I never said Obama invited him. The whole argument is the fact that his staff who is working upon his authority would have had a copy of the guest list. Which the guest list clearly shows Epstein a convicted pedophile. High profile pedophile. And if his chief of staff did not bring it up to his attention then I can safely and logically assume that it was enough of a non-issue to have Epstein there that his invitation was not rescinded.Vetted? Sure. By the POTUS? Hell no. You got him picking out the flower arrangements too?
Bill Mahr is the canary in the coal mine for that. He and Fetterman almost conservative by the standard the lunatic fringe has setWhat propaganda. I have heard it from Democrat leadership. I vote for a Democrat is a vote for some crazy stuff. There is no more Dixie-crats. You have Democrats on video saying one thing in the past but it’s the complete opposite now
You are making some assumptions here ...... Epstein was forwarded the e-mail by a former associate of his named Lesley Groff. It's not clear whether the person who drafted the invite (Lisa Rossi of Dynamic SRG) intended for Epstein to receive it. Any way you look at it, there was no way that Epstein was ever going to make his way into the dinner. If you're of the opinion that a guest list for a fundraiser isn't vetted before the actual invitations are sent out. Then we have nothing more to talk about.
