Re-establishing an industrial economy in a nation that is post-industrial and service-based is inefficient. I understand pining for bygone times, but you need to understand that’s not how macroeconomics work.

increasing dependence on bloat attached to services only exasterbates inflation. We see this in the medical field, government and nearly all other facets of our economy. The service based economy isn't enough alone to sustain us with jobs, and the jobs created come at the price of inflation.

Increasingly we have priced the poor, lower middle class and rural workers into impossible situations.

Nobody is pining for an industrial based economy. But we do need a balanced economy. We need more meat and less fat.
