There isn't a list. There are files. Trump is 100% in them, that isn't for dispute its a known fact which makes it weird that Trump is getting upset about it.

Which Dems are on "the list" on the democrat side besides Clinton who hasnt been president since 2001? Seems you're real desperate to try and exonerate Trump. You do know the epstein files have been compiled long before Trump was President. In fact they were in his DOJ and he did nothing with them..

There isn't otherwise it would have come to light before Trump ran for Pres the first time. Lots of names, lot of innuendo. Its still weird how weird Trump is acting about it though. I'd say he should read through it but I think the rumors of him not being able to actually read might be true.

At this point, the most likely "guess" is a government operation, most likely after Maxwell was associated with it. Now, the thought I developed today after reading some of the Maxwell deposition is Epstein himself might not have been involved in the blackmail part. Meaning, he was just doing his thing and the U.S. government or other governments were monitoring i.e. spying on it all.... and potentially blackmailed targets.

The most likely reason for this is CIA or other foreign governments.

I don't think Trump was involved like that or low possibility at this point, but who knows as well.

You are overlooking the fact that the "legal hurdles" appertain to a teensy, tiny aspect of this, which is the grand jury transcript. The Trump DOJ has already been criticized by judges, at least twice, for filing bogus motions on that, which were designed to look like they were trying to get release of the grand jury materials, but which were knowingly filed despite not really making any effort to meet the terms of the law.

They were fake. Bullshot motions. Designed to trick people into thinking they sought release, when all they actually sought was to appear to do so. Which of course adds to the index of suspicion that all of these cartwheels and somersaults to block release of the DOJ files are bogus in their entirety.

That kind of trickery is unacceptable. No one hates manipulating the public more than REDACTED.

I haven't heard anyone say that the names of the victims shouldn't be redacted. Seems that is a given.

If we start seeing names of perpetrators redacted, be they Bill Clinton or Donald Trump, all hell will break loose.

And if there is some claim of classification or some other limit on what can be released, this saga will continue.
