Jaylen McCollough arrested

One of the main issues I have right now is that they took the report from a intoxicated man and proceeded to issue a warrant due to a bandage being on Jaylens hand.

Bingo. It’s strange to say the least. Tanks girlfriend called him, first off why did she call him? Secondly, Tank gets booked because his hand was messed up. How do we know Tank did t hurt his had against LSU?

But we should just automatically assume Tank is guilty because Zion Spencer said an unknown male struck him??

Don’t disagree a bit….but we do just have one side of the story. We really don’t even know where this guy got beat up at. The story doesn’t make much sense….
Well, gotta wonder where Jaylan's hand got bloodied up.

Let's try simple logic.

You got a guy who has the sh*t beat out of him and a guy whose hand is bandaged and bleeding through the bandage.

I'm not Sherlock Holmes but........

You walk into a lot of houses that are not yours you end up in a body bag and the homeowner isn't going to catch charges so I think I am going to have to wait and hear the details... Even if the door was unlocked it's still breaking and entering and I am betting he may have thought since we played in LSU no one might have been home... Catching charges when you are home after beating LSU with your girlfriend is a wee bit different than getting into a fight hammered celebrating on the strip..... This one will will need the lawyers for sure....

He punched a guy hard enough to be charged with felony assault. That’s all that matters right now.

Under TN law even I could punch someone in the mouth hard enough to earn that charge by knocking out teeth and possibly busting a jaw if I followed them outside to do it.

Did you see that in the official police report?

To be fair, that was in the warrant. They found jaylen's gf but it was never stated what she said only that she called Jaylen.

For all we know, she could have called Jaylen to have him come out and explain what happened and drunk Zion was like "that's the guy that punched me!" and because he had the bandaged hand there's circumstantial evidence enough to arrest Jaylen

Seeing?? If we’re talking about the same person did you scroll down and read all the wanna be badazz tough guy crap?
We’re probably seeing different things. I don’t think this “guy” is much of a bada**/tough guy. I’m just saying if there’s something that went on before this scene and he was warned multiple times, I would’ve done the same thing if he perhaps did lay a finger on me.

True. However what if he hurt that hand in the game and hurt it recently?

From my experience and knowledge on a situation as such a officer is to take a report of all the possible witnesses and victim. He or she is then to hand all the information over to a detective and he is to see if a warrant shall be issued or if it should even be pursued.

All we know is dude was intoxicated, walked into someone’s home, got into a altercation & possibly fell down some steps.

That’s sort of my point. We don’t know much of anything. It’s all speculation until the investigation is done.

Exactly. Yet here we have this Joe character already mailing Jaylen as guilty until proven innocent.
