It's interesting that so many folks are considering what Kiffin should do, when in reality, most of this won't be up to him. In the original thread, a criminal defense attorney in Tennessee commented; and stated that it's likely all 3 will face jail time, and the 2 who actually committed the robbery will face serious time, like 8-10 years, even for first offenses. He also stated that the state did away with any kind of reductions of sentences, leniency, or the right of the presiding judge to have any discretion whatsoever in cases like this.
Seems like everybody just ignored the one guy with any insight into the possibilities. It's likely Kiffin won't have any say in whether or not they get to remain on the team.
