Man I can understand the players being frustrated and I’m sure after the Vandy game stuff will start leaking out.

But after seeing that video JJ forced the admins hand. They cannot just let that pass. They had to take some action. Hopefully in time things will cool off and they can open a dialog and work it out. But yeah they had to take action and that was some very poor judgement on JJ’s part.

I hate that he was let go but I don’t disagree with the action given the video he released. A less public rant may have not resulted in this outcome, who knows? And yes I’m sure he’s very pissed. I completely empathize. People berated Bray for his ‘attitude’ but I gave him the benefit of the doubt because his coach was a damn clown.

The 'superiors' are all a bunch of washed up bums headed out as soon as the season's done. There is no leadership, and hasn't been for a good while.

Sit the dude down, tell him to get off social media or else, and see what he does.

Jennings gets dismissed for speaking truth, while a female UT athlete spends her entire summer hitting up guys for money on Snapchat and they do nothing. The administration is a joke.

It was stated weeks ago (by Deerpark I believe) that he wouldn't be coming back. His goal was the NFL and that he had stopped going to class. Telling people to stfu just because you don't like the information they bring is at a minimum CHILDISH. Stop embarrassing yourself..

He should have been suspended indefinitely and let the new coach handle it. Anything else is a disaster what if the kid really was lied to

We also know he was arrested for MJ, which personally, i could care less about. Also, the timeline here should show that the video is a reaction to bring dismissed, but i dont know that for sure.

One things for sure, i would have a very difficult time siding with someone conducting themselves the way JJ did.

Wow just watched the videos. I’m in between. How can you dismiss our second best offensive weapon with a coaching staff that’s out the door? This should have been handled by the next coach. But he definitely should be disciplined for sure.

He was never a primadonna. Put just as much effort blocking for the tailbacks as he did trying to catch passes. He played his ass off and never sulked while he was here. Should be considered.

Did he practice this week after doctors gave him the green light? Then at practice he didn't perform at game level and coaches said he would not play. So get pissed and packed up got on I40 drove west to Murfreesboro and left them team thinking there would be reprocussions. But, after IHC and AD talked they decided to cut him loose. Then he made the video....just saying.

Because that’s totally what I said. These are kids, he made a video filled with profanity and blasted a terrible coaching staff. He could’ve handled it a bit better but dismissal is a touch much imo.

Lots of folks here would be shocked by some of the players we had in the 90’s. You have to have alpha males if you want to win.

Jennings uploading that video for everyone in the world to see was incredibly dumb, to put it very kindly, but honestly? I don’t want to hear crap from you.

You spent the better part of a week on here calling everyone a coward who waited until after the fact to speak up on certain issues. Well here we have a current player who plainly states his grievances with the current coaches, particularly their dishonesty, and sure enough your grandstanding ass pipes in to condemn him.

It was a profane, unnecessary, unwise thing to do, but gtfo with your fake ass moral superiority complex.

He was one helluva player no doubt. Wish things were different cause he was good. Just not smart

You can’t have that happen regardless of the people or
