If its not kiffin aka joey freshwater then its Dooley’s shower discipline and rants about tank commander Rommel then its 5 star hearts mental reps and the circle of life from Botch. Can we get a fuller brush salesman? This is not a knock on Pruitt just the previous bad comedy before that put us here.

When you already have talent, you can hire a coordinator. When a program is decimated, you hire an experienced head coach. That's common sense. Something sorely lacking on The Hill.

What resume????? Winning with Saban? Winning one year with Jimbo. You could put the DC for the Little Sisters of the Poor in with Saban and "he or she" would look great. What did Pruitt do at GA without Daddy Saban oh yeah Butch Jones beat him 2 years straight. What has Fulmer ever done as an AD other than give Barnes what he rightfully deserved? Nothing. What did Fulmer do as a " consultant at ETSU? Nothing. He hired Carl Torbush as the coach? Really. So Fulmers most recent hires including Clawson have all been busts. Its time to take off the orange colored glasses and get real.

Well the dust has settled and the "Negavol" was unfortunately proven right once again. Am I happy? Absolutely not...just the opposite. I'm pissed that our program looked worse in game 12 than in game 1. I didn't expect to win any more games, but you can't tell me the play in games 11 and 12 was at all acceptable. That is on both the players and coaches. Just compete...get in someone's way a little.

Okay..Dooley had HC experience. As a matter of fact his freaking experience should have been a red flag that he sucked.

How can any of you really believe a guy with no experience as a HC is a better choice than a guy who has had success as a HC? Especially if that success is in a Power 5 conference.

He did do that, but in sure those coaches thought he was good. But again, not a hc.

But of course you are the one that said he should be fired for only winning 5 games. Lol...old threads are a mutha aren't they?

I can agree with you there...my issue is how in the world can players recruited to an SEC school...any SEC school be allowed to just flat out give up? Play the water boy or equipment manager. Comb the frat houses. If they don't want to be there, help them out.

Fulmer walked into a team that was loaded. The QB was a Heisman finalist.

Fulmer walked into the job when the SEC was nowhere near the league it is today.

While this team has some talent I'm fairly certain that the competition it plays is tougher than what the '92 and '93 squad faced.

Yet he didnt win a NC with Majors guys did he? No. He built a NC team with his guys.

And he was able to recruit quality players more easily because

South Carolina sucked
Georgia's borders were wide open to us
He didnt inherit a team with a losing record
He dodnt have a losing record his first year.
He had a Heisman trophy finalist to point to when he sat down in living rooms
AND the most important thing was he had a big name recruit land in his lap because his brother could no longer play football.

Pruitt has none of the above in his favor. So comparing their situations isn't exactly valid.
