Israel vs Palestinians II

A little bit of both.

Maybe I've got a bad read on the arguments but it seems each side blames the other for preventing or obstructing relief.

So, I was curious what the answer would be when questioned directly.

It also helps me understand the recurring arguments aren't about who is right or wrong but who is mostly right or wrong and who is justified in their rightness or wrongness.
Each side places blame on someone else and doesn’t wanna take responsibility for what has happened

This is more confusing than MAD's reply.

Hamas is bad. Hamas steals relief supplies but you hate to admit it.

But Hamas doesn't control Gaza so it isn't their fault they're stealing relief and contributing to starvation.

Is that an accurate summary?

Not at all.

It seems you're trying to frame everything as a comparison between IDF and Hamas. My deal is Israel is doing genocide with our tax dollars.

Yeah, crying over national level politics that are out of your control and burdening your spouse with such nonsense is 100% crazy. Regardless of what your therapist may have told you
What were the politics? I would imagine there were a lot of people crying when, for instance, Obergefell was decided, or when they see random soccer moms in their neighborhood get deported.

Your emotions are a burden to your spouse? Yikes, see my last post lol

Sounds good.

Enjoy!
Schindler’s List?
We saw a movie called Weapons, Horror/Mystery. Enjoyed it.

I took the question as, were they withholding food-while allowing other non-food aid in.

So I’ll change my answer to still No with an asterisk in March for a short period.

US Ambassador in Israel Mike Huckabee explains that there was plenty of aid at the time.

Enjoyed reading your response to your survey.

@n_huffhines I owe you an apology. When I first read this I thought the crying emoji was you responding to her. Now I think I misread and both messages are from her

Just updated. See my post above.

And yes, you shouldn’t burden your spouse or others with your emotions.

UN-Backed Famine Watchdog Quietly Changed Standards, Easing Way To Declare Famine in Gaza

UN-Linked Report Lowered Standards to Declare Gaza Famine

The UN-linked IPC lowered famine standards for Gaza in its July 29 report, replacing traditional weight-height checks with MUAC arm measurements and cutting the child malnutrition threshold from 30% to 15%. The change, unprecedented in other regions, relies on unverified Hamas-supplied data, raising concerns of bias and inflated famine claims.

I, too, have changed my words to the more general "relief supplies".

There is only one side responsible and that is Hamas and the people of Gaza that support them.
So there’s no responsibility for Israel propping up Hamas in order to have opposition to the PA? There’s no responsibility for Bibi enabling them to stay? There’s no responsibility for ignoring the warning signs of Oct 7th from people both inside your government, IDF and neighboring country? They even had the blueprint for it. There’s no responsibility for a slow response time that resulted in many more deaths and hostages taken? Even bibi just recently said Oct 7th was preventable and should have never happened
