Does anyone think it could happen at the end of this year? I am not supporting Butch but if they will not make a move then I will still support this TEAM. If money is the issue then by not supporting them the money problem gets worse. And this brutal cycle goes on and on.

Unless he misses out on a bowl game, no.

We need to, and so does Georgia. I mean I think I would like to win 10 games a year and blow all the big ones, better than our garbage

There is always a chance, but it would take alot of major happenings. Dave Hart would never willingly fire Butch Jones. Remember, he wanted to keep Dooley. He doesn't care about wins and losses.

No...unless he loses 8, for the first time in Tennessee history...it might be hard to look the other way at that

I think we can be sitting at home during the bowl season and there is still little to no chance that a move is made. A move needs to be made no matter how we finish this season though.

Here's hoping the first move that's made is Fulmer and Majors staging a coup of Hart. I think that's what the handshake was about.

All we can hope for is Peyton to win the Super Bowl and retire. And realize how much he hates seein UT lose and waste offensive talent, come and be the OC or HC.

it can happen but it will all depend on a business case that keeping him will cost us more on an annual basis than losing him. That's a tough sell. Would have to based solely on a decline in donations and season ticket sales.

Gruden or Kelly say they will come for $1mill a year. Thats about the only way I can see CBJ not getting till at least the 2016 season

Not a chance. We are into this dude for $12 million through 2021. What you saw through the first five games is our lot in life through at least 2019 till the buyout is low enough.

pray we lose more than 7 and butch is gone. unfortunately that is the best outcome. better to have a horrible season this year, and fire Choke, than to win 6 make a bowl and give him another year to win 6-7 and waste the talent we have. ****

We've made some of the biggest chumps the richest fired men in sports. Every con artist and snake oil salesman wants to come here to coach. Have a decent/mediocre season to get a fat raise and then tank it.
