Serious question, given that most coaches considered to be good coaches generally show drastic improvement in year two.....why is pruitt the exception that needs to "guy his own guys here" to be mildly successful?It was a dumpster fire when he came here, and it still is. As I said before coach Pruitt has to get his own guys. Switching from a 4-3 to a 3-4 and a spread to a pro takes several recruiting cycles.
Yep. Butch kept the 4-3, after seeing sal disaster, but went from a pro to a spread. You have to recruit speed at all LB positions. Big guy on the nose. Secondary has to be able to play man to man. Josh Dobbs saved his a$$ On offense.
