I understand tht he hasnt commited yet but its been a boring summer so i have to do something, just wanted to say that before the first page is filled he hasnt commited yet posted. But Skeeter feels good about our chances so i do to.

i dont have espn insider so i cant read all of his evaluation but here's what stuck out to me

You will have a hard time finding a better pure athlete than Humphries at the offensive tackle position in the 2012 class. He is long, lean and extremely agile. Looks and moves like a defensive end. He isn't there technically yet, but his deficiencies are coachable and the kid can...For full access to College Football Recruiting become an Insider

If he is long, lean, and extremely afile at 270 then he should be able to get to 300 easy in a good wieght program. and if he could come in and be a force from day 1 on the D-line then i think he should go there.

the reason i think this is we have alot of talented O-linemen and not so many talented D-linemen so in stead of redshirting FR year at OT y not put him on the D-line and see how he does what do you guys think of that?

He's a damn OT. The No.1 OT in the country right now. Why the hell in every thread we want to convert some damn body? I can see certain players but a lot of these players are playing what they need to play.

I seriously doubt we would move the best OL recruit in the country to DT if he were to commit to UT.

asked wes rucker about him the other day, said it was florida leading by a hair, could very easily be a vol.

He has a Florida trip scheduled this weekend. In another thread about him, there was some speculation he might not make the trip, and we would know he's ours if that trip was cancelled. Personally, I think he makes the trip if it's that close. Still think we have a very good chance with him. Big advantage to have family come see him play in Knoxville vs. a much longer trip to FL. We need him bad, and he would boost our recruiting cred. tremendously. Could have a domino effect on some other recruits. Getting the no. 1 player at his position is big. Bryce Brown excluded.

Lockdown CB if he drops some weight and gains some speed, IMO.

Revis may have his island, but DJ would be a Continent... He would completely change "Bump and Run" coverage to just "Bump" Coverage! I am just sitting here dreaming about all the "Wait til DJ meets him across the middle" comments next offseason...

Wes Rucker is being used as a source on here. He's the worst local guy by a long shot and thats saying something. He rode his wifes coat tails straight into mediocrity. Rucker blows. Ever read his tweets? They should come with a warning label.(reading wes ruckers opinions may cause drowsiness)

The same warning could apply to your posts :zeitung_lesen:
