If China were to confront the USN they would be serious out matched in the number and superiority of the USN in large blue water vessels. The USN has infinitely more battle experience and superior tactics.
Example: China has only three carriers and they have never been in combat. The USN carriers are nuclear, China's are diesel and carry many fewer aircraft. In a direct confrontation With USN, China's carriers would be sunk in a day by the USN carriers alone not to mention submarines.

No. That’s not accurate. We’re concerned about the violent extremists and those supporting them, attempting to embed themselves within US politics, ultimately to change policy.

I am certainly am not afraid of them and I have no problem with normal Muslims, in fact I sold a house to very nice Muslim dude.
Radical Muslims are a threat to western culture and they do not compromise and are very intolerant. It is ironic that the people in this country, the people marching for Palestine and Iran would be dead in a heartbeat if they were in either of those counties.
