Immigrants, and specifically Muslim immigrants, are net contributors in the US by basically every convincing measure that I can find. They outperform their income demographic in a lot of ways, and y'all worry your pretty little asses non-stop about them, so forgive me if I don't find disgruntled white Londoners convincing.

We have already "messed" with Chinese tankers. Since the blockade took effect in the Strait, all vessels originating from Iran have been turned back. In Venezuela several were seized. China can't do a darned thing about it either. They do not have the capabilities to project power much outside their own borders. If anything China does not want to piss the U.S. off. The U.S. controls a large portion of China's oil imports. None coming from Venezuela, that is now going to the U.S. None from Iran, that is being turned back.
