Just my guess but I really doubt the Iranian regime has any respect for international law or the Geneva Convention. I guess Israel should make a treaty with them to fight fair on both sides. That would probably solve the whole thing.

Your seems absolutely clueless. The deaths were related to the civil war and Iranian backed terrorists. SA is the largest humanitarian donor/provider after the fighting curtailed. Blame Iran, but I do understand that goes against your current limited thought process.

Or they were related to SA bombing and a US naval blockade preventing goods from reaching the starving people. SA basically with when they realized it was a worthless fight. It was an unreported genocide pushed and supported by the US govt

Arab coalition backed by the US and Europe in not wanting a terrorist country supported by Iran potentially impacting the strait entering the Red Sea.

So your in favor of the US being about to supply weapons to whomever they wish and also want the US policing the sale by others? I'm curious how big the govt needs to be to do all those things

Do you believe all our weapons sold are to good guys fighting the bad guys?

That is consistent I give that. But we had no interests and no business getting involved in a Russian civil war. We do however have vital interests in Iran not getting a nuclear weapon and stopping them from being the biggest supporter of terrorism in the world. They have had a hand in every act of terrorism against the U.S. for the last fifty years. They were caught plotting to kill the President for Pete's sake.
Until now, no U.S. President has had the stones to do anything about them and we are doing it at remarkable speed with very few casualties. My grandfather watched his buddies be mowed down by the boatload (quite literally) in WWII. He would be in awe if he was able to witness this operation.

I want each country to do as they see fit. And if that creates a negative response from other countries then that's life. Decisions and actions can have consequences. And of course we've armed bad groups, terrorists, and crap people

Look up ITAR. We don’t sell weapons to just anyone. I can guarantee you that. If you want to argue the what ifs on that I’m just going to laugh and not respond given my knowledge on the subject
