Heh. If they live in UK, then they probably just hate the food... they literally boil all their meat and have no clue whatsoever about herbs and spices. It's like eating a hot, wet boot. That’s funny, all of my relatives and business associates are disgusted with what the UK has become. They’re tired of not being welcomed in their own country.
"Not really Abe. You been to any sugarcane fields or cotton plantations in South Carolina lately? Let me know when your kids want to pick cotton"Not really Ricky. You been to any construction sites or vegetable fields in California lately? Let me know when your kids want to lay brick or pick fruit and vegetables.
Sanctions are good against terrorist states. Ignoring their past terrorist actions while hoping they change is not logical when negotiating who has or does not have nuclear weapons. There is no rule stating that every issue has to be contained in a single treaty. Treaties can also be amended. Tearing up the JCPOA had little to do with US interests, and a lot more to do with Israeli interests in having a pretense for the US to attack Iran with them.

The "state sponsor of terrorism" is 100% an arbitrary designation that we apply to countries so that we can enact sanctions and use financial instruments to try to curtail funding.
As I said Russia sponsors all kinds of terrorism in the world, and we don't slap them with the designation.
LulzHeh. If they live in UK, then they probably just hate the food... they literally boil all their meat and literally have no clue what herbs and spices are. It's like eating a hot, wet boot.
There really are no commercial sugarcane operations in South Carolina. Sorry to be a dick. There are a lot of black (or possibly very tanned) folks there though if that's what you're getting at."Not really Abe. You been to any sugarcane fields or cotton plantations in South Carolina lately? Let me know when your kids want to pick cotton"
Same mentality

Lots of truth in this post good ole chap. Years ago, I took a trip to London and the blandness in the food did spread far and wide unless you found a good Indian or Thai restaurant. I can only eat so many fish & chips smothered in ketchup.
How was DR? We're thinking about going in the next couple of years (and thought about it for this year but it was last minute and Miami was easier)Noice.
The last time I went to Punta Cana in DR, we stayed at an all inclusive place that, apparently, catered more to English folk than us dumb Americans. The food *looked* amazing... yeah, anyway I lost 5 pounds that week on vacation. All you can eat.![]()
The sugar cane wasn't in SC, which is why i specifically stated cotton on SC plantations, my larger point on slavery remains. There really are no commercial sugarcane operations in South Carolina. The price is right for sure if you just want to get on the beach and drink margaritas. Easy and cheap flights. Downside: Many resorts you don't leave the compound due to security issues. So if you enjoy adventuring, go Costa Rica... monkeys will wake up you up in the morning. How was DR? Hey, however you need to cope with your idol asking for the UK's help after saying we didn't need itMan you really got me at the end there since you laughed out loud.
Gotcha. I'm in a line of work with lots of Hispanic immigrant workers... Some legal some not. I don't see exploitation personally, I see win/win. These guys work their asses off, beg for more work and are grateful. They're willing to do hard, dangerous work that most normal Americans would balk at. And they can make 10x here what they could back in Central America. Taxes are paid. They're more law abiding than us locals. They drive 38 MPH in a 45 zone where you can't pass them because they don't want to be pulled over by ICE (okay honestly this really is the one thing that annoys me). Just my experience...The sugar cane wasn't in SC, which is why i specifically stated cotton on SC plantations, my larger point on slavery remains.
It was wrong to exploit people then, it is wrong to exploit people now, but yet the illegal immigration advocates support it whole heartedly
Who was ignoring anything?Sanctions are good against terrorist states. Ignoring their past terrorist actions while hoping they change is not logical when negotiating who has or does not have nuclear weapons.
Stick with Iran if you can with this discussion as Russia has multiple threads for conversations.
And…..they’re not paid any less than anyone else around them.Gotcha. I'm work in a field with lots of Hispanic immigrants... Some legal some not. I don't see exploitation personally, I see win/win. You know the difference between need and want? If you are feeling really froggy maybe educate yourself on why we deserve the UK help.Hey, however you need to cope with your idol asking for the UK's help after saying we didn't need it
