I want to believe things change, Iran comes around and warms to us and Israel, their neighbors in the region.

But the pessimist in me thinks the diplomatic mission that went to Russia was told you aren't in a position to fight. Go make your peace and regroup and we'll help you down the road once you've built up your defenses.

I hope that isn't the case but the ayatollahs are a stubborn, fixated group of people.

Donald Trump is a canvas onto which people either project their most irrational hopes or their darkest fears.
In reality, he is a human being wich means he is a complex mixture of contradictory qualities, strengths and weaknesses, just like the rest of us. The one characteristic which makes him so unique is that he just really doesn’t seem to care what anyone thinks of him.
The dysfunctional nature of the two party system over the last 30 or so years made a Donald Trump inevitable. The real question is do we grow out of our national sickness enough to not get another one? I am not seeing much ground for hope on that front.

My guess is it gives Israel more freedom to act in the future if they think Iran is being sneaky. Inexcusable they were ever allowed to build that facility under a mountain. Should have been smoked long ago

my Mom is from there. Also, Rob Parissi (Play That Funky Music White Boy/Wild Cherry) is from there and a distant relative. That's all I got on Mingo Junction.
