Iran

In terms of military operations, it's amazing that we were able to gain air superiority, decimate their navy, take out so many of the despotic leaders, and hit hundreds/ thousands of priority targets without the loss of any of our Servicemen/Women.

I won't comment on whether it was right or wrong to attack in the first place, because I am not privy to the information known to our central Intelligence. I do know that the regime running the country wants to kill us and has killed tens of thousands of their own. They have defintely been working towards nuclear weapon capability, and neither we (nor most of the world) consider that acceptable. Yes, it is unfortunate that there was some collateral damage, but I consider that the Iranian regime's fault for not complying with sanctions.
We’ve lost 13 soldiers in attacks and accidents since this began.

Iran’s Farsi-language version of its ceasefire proposal includes “acceptance of enrichment,” a provision not present in English versions, the Associated Press reported on Tuesday, highlighting discrepancies in how Tehran is presenting its terms.

yea..this wont last.
If the president didn't know what's in the Farsi version, it's his own damn fault.

Definitely amazing military achievements. We lost 13 service personnel in Iran while in the month of March there were 41 murders in Chicago.

Always sucks but for perspective we lose 15-20x that each year in training exercises and lose more soldiers each year in non combat than combat. I don’t hear anybody saying we should stop training.
Well, I’m sure their loved ones will be relieved to hear you put their loss in perspective.

In the case of Hamas, the civilians were already gathered in schools dnand hospitals. Hamas just moved in with them, in hospital basements and school rooftops.
Aren't we still waiting for evidence on that hospital as in militabasement control center thing? I hadn't seen tht they were on school rooftops. Was that as in armed personnel there during wartime when school.was in session?

I recall that Hamas soldiers were captured in the hospital after a firefight with IDF. Also antiaircraft guns on a school rooftop, but maybe the kids got early release that day!

Edit: This is the hospital incident I was referencing:

That’s democracy.
And history.
Civilizations are born. Civilizations disappear. Ours will one day too.
But the Persians are in no danger of this happening at the present.
Did you note that Trump said “God bless the Iranian people”?
Sane people don’t normally bless those they are about to annihilate
Of course, Alexander the Great came awfully close to destroying Persian civilization 2300 years ago.
Fyp.
