Well if the current one is 'weak' we need to establish a baseline of one that is 'strong'. I'm just trying to find out who that someone might be. And now that you have thrown this gem that someone who was president over a decade ago is off limits, the only other one you could be referring to would be Puddinhead himself.Maybe you think so. I'm not the one who can't go a literal day without mentioning someone who was president a decade ago.

To which I literally LOL.
Perhaps. The public persona and the private (working) persona of a president are two different things. They have to be. I don't defend Trump's public brashness. He has said some things in the past couple of days that made me cringe. But I am satisfied with policy. I know you aren't and a lot on here aren't. The big picture of what is going on in Iran is clear. Trump is the ONLY president in the 47 years since the thugs took over that is willing to actually stand up to them and do something about it. You should be jumping for joy, because once those burkas are burned, there is a whole new flock of beautiful women for you to explore.I figured a lifetime of experience on your end would suffice to establish a reasonable baseline for what a strong man looks like, but alas, Trump seems to fit the bill for you.
He is the antithesis of stoicism and strength through patience. He's impulsive and has a fragile ego. These are hallmarks for a weak man.
Plenty of westernized baddies on this end of the earth with those genes. I also don't see more tang as a benefit of spending hundreds of billions of tax dollars to turn them to glass.Perhaps. Or maybe you think clowns like Mamdani have the right idea of what Americans should be all about.
You are worried about taxes? Let's have a beer sometime. I'll rock your world.Plenty of westernized baddies on this end of the earth with those genes. I also don't see more tang as a benefit of spending hundreds of billions of tax dollars to turn them to glass.
I'm not sure why you think I'd be on board with much of what Mamdani espouses.
Harrowing Boodbye Messages leak from inside Iran as citizens are ordered ‘to bring children to the streets’ ahead of Trump’s doomsday ultimatum
As the clock ticks toward President Trump's 8 p.m. Eastern deadline for Iran to come to the table, panic has gripped the nation.
Facing the threat of devastating military strikes, terrified civilians tell the Daily Mail they are frantically evacuating major cities and saying goodbye to loved ones - even as defiant government leaders deploy a chilling tactic: ordering their own citizens onto the streets as human shields.
The call to gather at infrastructure sites came directly from an Iranian official, captured in an Associated Press video clip.
Speaking in Farsi, he urged 'youth, athletes, artists, students and professors' to assemble at power plants the following day at 2 p.m. local time, arguing that their presence would expose any American strike as a war crime.
With the President openly pledging a 'Power Plant Day' and 'Bridge Day' to dismantle Iran's infrastructure, sources in Tehran and Isfahan describe scenes of chaos - road blockages, mass evacuations, and state television brazenly instructing citizens to gather around key sites with their children.
'They are announcing on national TV - come to the streets and bring your children,' one source with family inside Iran tells the Daily Mail. 'It's their thing to use people as human shields. Same pattern as in Palestine. They do this instead of surrendering or making a deal.'
He added: 'Government supporters will go. They are barbaric. They believe even if they die - even if their children die for the sake of Islam - they will end up in Heaven. My mom says every night they come onto the streets, chanting death to America, death to Israel. Even until midnight.'
Across the country, citizens are bracing for the worst. Supermarket shelves are being stripped bare as people stockpile ahead of threatened rolling blackouts and severed supply chains. One Iranian says he and his family have already stocked up on water and supplies - but fear cuts both ways.

Well 5 years ago, the Communists (Bernie, Pocahontas, AOC) only talked about getting the millionaires. Somehow, now that conversation has shifted to billionaires. I'm willing to wager that after the SpacEx IPO, Elon Musk will be worth nearly a trillion dollars. But the .gov should take that all away from him and give it to Greasy Gavin for his railroad to nowhere.Reagan spent about 5-6% of gdp output for defense. We currently spend about 3,5% with only a fraction of that in actual procurement, maybe 20% on outlays, but a trillion sounds scary.
But the big bad MIC is making us like the USSR..lmao

I wasn't intimating you like the Commie. I'm just not sure where you do stand other than hating Trump. Clear it up for me.
I want you to have your bartender make me an Old Smoky. I think I know where your place is and I would love to stop by sometime.Trump's decisions affect my life. Mamdani's don't.
I will always be game to have a beer with you should time and geography coincide, old man. I think you know that.
