Iran

It is kinda like arguing with irrational people, sometime you have to leave them to the depravity of their own minds and ignore them. In Iran's case, a irrational crazies can not be allowed to have ballistic missiles and nuclear weapons, that can not be ignored.
I choose to now do the the first and leave this thread to wallow in the insane 🐂 💩 as it is becoming tiresome.
None of you libtards have nukes, do you?

A foreign policy that aims to prevent Iran from having ballistic missiles is so rational that the admin can't get support for it if they transparently tell us that is the objective of the war. Crazy, right?

1. still no mass deportations
2. FBI stopped requiring certain reporting under Biden and those rules still exist, making things seem better than they are
3. then why are prices so damn high still
4. not reaching customers
5. stock market isn't the economy and anyone that thinks so is a dolt

You're arguing in extreme bad faith if you think violent crime hasn't dramatically reduced under this administration. It's not even worth replying..

It's been "declining" since 2022. It has nothing to do with this administration particularly. I just shared my thoughts on why it is happening.

You can tell me it's bad faith, but that doesn't mean your feels are reality.

By what metric is the Iran campaign not going smashing well? In fact, anyone that looks at this and not is amazed at the objectives that have been done in less than a month, they are insane. I know China and Russia are.
Between Ukraine and this little excursion, the commies have seen how well their equipment stands against U.S. equipment.
Oil prices up up up
School girls killed
American service personnel killed
Aircraft Carrier hit
Foreign allies bombed
Etc

Oh yeah war Is great

If you just paid attention to Trump and his admin, you would know how poorly it's going.

People who think it's going "smashing well" do not live tweet their anxieties to the world, begging for help from allies. If it's going "smashing well," then you shouldn't have to deal with defections. You shouldn't have to update/change the objective every other day. You shouldn't have to be conceding more than we did in the Iran deal that Trump welched on because he said it was a terrible deal.

Here's one metric for you...Iran controls 100% of the resources passing thru Hormuz. Great success, Donald.

The bolded part alone is the scariest.

We have overengineered so much in our military, combined that with total destruction of American manufacturing, and thrown a cherry on top of asinine laws and regulations that cripple the critical manufacturers that used to keep military production going. The result is a supply chain that is slow, inefficient, and can't keep up with actual war time. And more than that produces total crap!

Now consider that we shipped off a bunch of our old reserves to places like Ukraine. The US is running around waving its dick with an empty magazine.
The issue here is the MIC, they've engineered their wares to be as expensive and profitable as possible. That's not sound military strategy.

Take the American vs German philosophy toward battle tanks in WWII for a prime example. The German tank was superior in price and technology. But it was defeated on the battlefield by a cheaper mass produced American tank.

If our military weren't completely compromised by the MIC they would pivot to cheaper practical innovation, I fear this will be their, and by that extension our eventual downfall to our military.

Same thing Iran is doing to us now. Throw a hornet's nest worth of cheap low-tech stuff over the wall and watch the US and its allies expend their overly-complex missiles on knocking them down. We're taking a flamethrower to a single fly and wondering why we run out of gas so quick.

The Lebanese government has declared Mohammad Reza Shibani, the ambassador-designate of the Islamic Republic of Iran, to be persona non grata and is giving him until Sunday to leave Lebanon.

This makes four Arab nations that have expelled Islamic Republic of Iran diplomats in the last week.

Lebanon joins Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar.

Suck it Hegseth you Brownshirt suckwad.

Just wait... when Trump eventually folds his losing hand in Iran, there's gonna be a scapegoat. Guess who's gonna get canned...

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has been taking steps to thwart news coverage of the Pentagon for more than a year. Now he has finally met some resistance.

Friday’s ruling by a federal judge striking down Pentagon press limits was cheered by the news organization that sued over the policy, The New York Times, and by a wide range of First Amendment advocates.

“This is a great day for freedom of the press in the United States,” the Pentagon Press Association, which represents scores of journalists who regularly cover the military, said. “It is also hopefully a learning opportunity for Pentagon leadership, which took extreme steps to limit press access to information in wartime.”
