Airstrikes isn't a War

Plus there is no way we can let them get the bomb. Unlike Russia or China who have some common sense about it they enjoy life and things like 💰. However the Ayetollah and his zealots doesn't care about anything but ideology. If they were to get it they would not hesitate to use it on Isreal or Europe or hand materials over to their proxies to smuggle here to attack us.

You don't think they Ayetollah will use it if he gets it?

I would say they are as close now as they have ever been but It doesn't matter if they are 5 weeks, 5 months or 5 years, we can't let them get it.

The Iranian people are not your enemy. The millions killed by the US govt in this war on terror are not your enemy. This is the usa doing the bidding of Israel. We should stop being a puppet and people like you aren't helping

I think the Ayetollah, and other high ranking religious and government officials, enjoy being rich and powerful. They prefer it to being dead. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what the consequences would be to them, or one of their proxies, using a nuke on one of our allies. Iran would simply not exist anymore. They know this. They want a nuke for one reason. We do not pull regime changes on countries with nukes.

uhm, heck yes it is.

on 9/11/2001 there were two airstrikes on US targets that lead us to war.
if China was just bombing our major infrastructure elements around our nuclear, civilian and military, facilities, we would most certainly consider it war.
the fire bombings of Dresden and Tokyo killed more than the atom bombs, those were just airstrikes.

airstrikes are just the gateway drug to more war. we haven't even been able to bomb the Houthis into submission, how are we going to do it with Iran? even Iraq we reduced to the middle ages technology wise, and we still had to invade them to get the "weapons of mass destruction".

Your comparing the US dropping bombs on nuclear production facilities in Iran to terrorists hijacking commercial planes?

If China attacked us yes that would be war.

Dresden/Tokyo was during a war.

Targeted air strikes on Iran nuclear facilities is not war. It's to prevent future war.

We dont need to be conducting airstrikes on Iran or anyone else right now. I love Israel and support defending them at all times from attacks, but if Israel wants there to be airstrikes on Iran...they need to fly those sorties themselves. We can provide intelligence if needed, and sell them munitions IMO...but they need to do this themselves if they want it done. We cannot afford another war, and Americans dont want another war. That is one thing that nearly all Trump supporters liked. The fact that he is the only president in my lifetime to not go to war or attack any new countries.

It's an act of war......... If it looks like war, acts like war...........it's war.

We're honestly already too late to prevent that from happening. The nuclear material needed to detonate a "dirty" bomb they already likely possess.

What comes next after those strikes?
