Iran

.
OK. So going along with your premise that we can delay Iran's nuke program by just bombing the entrances to their facilities, given Trump is already advocating attacking them only 8 months after he claimed we "obliterated" their nuclear capability, does this mean we are now engaged in yet another "neverending war"? Will we need to bomb Iran yet again now and again in another 8 months?

Is this all part of Donald Trump's strategic 5D chess game to earn himself a Nobel Peace Prize? 😆
I wouldn't call it a war.

Correct, it was ruined once we entered into the conflict and turned it onto a stalemate. There are some very good documentaries, think trench warfare only fought building to building across streets and room to room..

And what has it resulted in?

Seems odd to blame the US. Why blame the US specifically

Obviously. If you tried building something and I kept blowing it up, would that delay you?

Doesn’t feel like it. In fact, seems insane to compare this to Iraq.

Doubtful.

Only if you’re assuming the people support the current regime. Indications seem to apply otherwise. If so, we aren’t trying to change anyone’s minds.
Iran doesnt have any resources we dont already have access to. If we were just backing rebels with arms and training trying to improve their government, that would be one thing. We're preparing for an invasion and a takeover apparently.

Of course, it's a set up to get our military bogged in a quagmire like nam, but that's beside the point.

What do you base this on?

And you base this on what exactly?

Please provide your evidence that this isn't the same as Iraq.

A part or a major role aren’t the same.
We financed and armed the opposition. When the players are limited to 4 factions 25% is still a major roll.

It's like saying Robert Duval wasn't a major Hollywood factor because he was just an actor that played supporting roles.

He's not here for any type of real discussion, he is mad if you pick on the orange man. Matter of fact, he went to great lengths to say the Epstein stuff really isn't bad because he though it only involved children as low as 13 years old.

We (government official) also literally took credit for the regime change

The crazies in the Ukraine thread kept telling me the U.S. doesn't do this stuff. Everyone is explaining in one thread how nice it is that the U.S. doesn't undermine government around the world, and in other threads they explain how the U.S. all kinds of governments around the world for good. 😂

One does have to get past some cognitive dissonance to defend our foreign policy post-War of Northern Aggression.

Americans keep drinking the kool aid and keep telling themselves they're the good guys. The reality isn't even close to that though.

People on this forum have questioned why I gave up on America long ago - I present the idiot Americans.

Just recycle the same thing over and over because it works.

Even worse he said we should stop referring to them as children and that’s sensationalizing the situation

You’re both FOS. At no point did I claim “the Epstein stuff really isn’t bad”
I didn’t claim you said it wasn’t that bad. Claiming they aren’t children and it’s sensationalizing it is worse than saying it’s not that bad. All while you also saying you hadn’t even read any of it

Lmfao that’s worse? To accuse you of sensationalism is worse than claiming what Epstein did “wasn’t that bad”. That’s a hell of an ego you got.

Within the last week you claimed they wouldn’t have given his victims access to the internet. You have this insane idea in your head that he had 8 year olds in cages and then attack anyone who points out that is simply not reality.

You’re a joke
