Intense Pre-Season Practice

I wish Swiperboy could play the 3, and then not have to play McBee or Bone some minutes this year.

I would much rather have Bone in the game than Woolridge. Bone is a quality defender and a good spot shooter. Woolridge is neither.

Woolridge stood out?
I didn't even envision this guy seeing the floor this year. Lacks the toughness to play the post, and is to inconsistent in his ball handling and shooting to play the 3. Would definately shock me if he contributes.

i just wouldn't go by Williams analysis. I remember three years ago he was going on about final four. That team exited the dance early.

Bone is still your best bet to spell the point. Unless Golden is just that good. Golden had a great senior year, but his stock dropped.

Griff is a goober.

3 years ago, nobody suspected that Ramar would have had the melt down that he had by the end of the year. With good pg play that year there would have been no telling how far we could have gone.

I'm not a Woolridge fan at all, but his play and hustle was 100% better in the RTL this year vs. last year. He was comical last year. I know it's the RTL, but you can still see a difference in has desire to go after and want the ball.

I really do not have a feel for this team. I think they will be good, but I wouldn't be shocked if they were to get a 1 seed or a 10 seed. I'm really excited for this season.

Do you want to go out on a limb and say they will win between 1-30 games this season.:):):):):):crazy::crazy:

Because it was entertaining or because you think you might get to bring it up and gloat? Option 1, I get. Option 2 is fantasy.

Option 2. Swiperboy achieving success this year is my darkhorse prediction for the upcoming season.

It is time allowed by the NCAA when coaches can work with individual players, but cannot conduct routine team practices. Another silly NCAA rule.

Well. Griff now thinks that Harris is not overly athletic, but has basketball smarts and will draw lots of fouls inside. He reports that McBee and Woolridge were having trouble hitting the three ball---shocking news. Even though Woolridge can't hit anything, he is playing very hard according to Griff. That alone will obviously get him playing time. He continues to blog with great information regarding the basketball team.
