Just got done doing a Cardio Abs, and will do another in the morning to make up for getting off kilter. Got to get back on the plan, but at least I am trying to keep doing something.

And you refuse to listen about the abs.

Finally got my Day 3 of Week 2 done - Plyometric Cardio Circuit finished.

It got top 12 minutes left before I couldn't push anymore. That's better than usual, and it's midnight. Gonna try to stay on track now, but family sometimes pushes things off.

Next up..... Cardio Recovery.

Finally about to get back on track here. I've not missed but one night, but I've not been on the plan. The plan is about to be attacked again.

Core Power and Resistance done.

I got 10 minutes left before I just couldn't go anymore. It's my best yet, and I can't wait to finish a 40+ minute workout soon!!

After having to take last night off for a church class,....

I FINALLY finished my first workout of 40+ minutes!!!

Of course I am trashed physically and mentally, but I pushed through and made it through Pure Cardio AND Cardio Abs both!! I'm gonna sleep GOOD tonight. :snoring:

Guy at work is supposed to bring me the dvd. We're doing conditioning training five days a week at work (and GETTING PAID FOR IT!!!) The chick works us to death, and I feel kinda bad for peeps who haven't worked out before. But it is freakin' awesome! Anyway, we were talking about workout videos and he mentioned that one. I hadn't heard of it, but now I can't wait to try it!

Just got almost done with the Plyometric Cardio Circuit, AGAIN.

This is by FAR the HARDEST workout I've ever done. I keep getting closer, but I just can't finish it. I've done it different times of the day, and still no luck.

I can tell I'm getting closer to 200lbs though. I thought I would never weight that much again, but I'm working hard to get down.

Where you at now eric?

I'm finishing up the 3rd week of the actual calendar, but I have had to improvise in certain things and do different workouts because of time constraints. I've really been going at it for 4 weeks. I've got 2 more actual weeks left before I go into the Max stuff. I may not live past the first week of that.

I started the Fit Test last night, and within the first five minutes my knee was killing me. I'm not sure I'll be able to do something that's this high impact. Are all of the workouts like that?

while i agree, the only cardio workout that gets me is plyo, and that's bc my legs are dead more than anything

Yeah, the thing is, there are two levels of the workouts I am doing. The one's you start out with to get your cardio up, then the "Max" workouts, where the workouts turn really insane. I'm not looking forward to that in 2 weeks.

i'm just trying to get lean. get my bodyfat to under 10% then i'm going back to layne norton hypertrophy. however what i might do is get the insanity and do the cardio in the morning, then lift in the afternoon
