My buddy Brian called himself Cyclops Because he knocked out one of his eyes working on his truck. He would say “eye” instead of “I” when talking about some of the questionable things he’d done. He really was a neat fellow and a good friend. It may be only me posting in this thread but I’ve really enjoyed remembering and thinking about these stories the last day or so. I’ve moved on from sad to fondly remembering them.
Thanks for chiming in. It keeps me from just talking to myself

Told this one in another thread but it’s worth repeating. Played Golf with B several times. Once we played with @mcompton. At the turn B comes up and stands in between me and Comp. it was almost uncomfortable how close he was standing to us in a wide open area. I looked at him and said “what are you doing? He said “the corse marshal is following us and I think he’s about to say something to me. I want to be standing between you 2 taller guys if I have to talk smack” I asked “what did you do?” And everyone who knows B can probably hear him saying this in their minds, B said “Me? Nothing, why do you ask?” I laughed, waived at the marshal as he drove by and still have no idea what was going on behind the scenes.

sounds like anxiety and I know how that feels. He sounds like a fun friend and he was on here wish I would have met him.
