He’s simply not - in my opinion - athletic enough. That does not explain why his shooting seemingly regressed . . . But he just plays awkward . . . A lot. And that turned into bad plays / turnovers etc.
I don’t know if it applies definitively here or not, but sometime the game is too fast and it isn’t IQ as much as it is experience. He seemed to rush and rushing is rarely good in any sport. He was playing faster than he was processing or able to produce. Lost all rhythm.
