He can. But they're still poison in the locker room and in practice. I'm not backing off. This is his problem and the standard shouldn't change. I'm just hoping we can understand the process may not be "pretty" all the time.

Where do you get this idea that a program has to win 10 games or more a year, every year to be considered successful? You do realize the mighty Bama only has a lifetime 69% win avg in the SEC. By my count only two dozen teams in div 1 won 10 games or more last year. So are only those teams considered successful?

Pruitt inherited an absolute broken and busted program. Too early to judge him IMO.

Absolute truth. But many fans dont accept that. Better to just go ahead say he sucks and fire him. That way we can start up a whole entire new coaching search (4th in this decade). That means a new S&C coach, OC,DC and completely new staff. Recruiting class falls apart. But hey, lets get rid of Pruitt because we message board warriors on VN know what we are doing.

Thats the mindset of many now. Its beyond comical. Cannot give a coach time these days. We have to hire and fire in the hopes of landing the one.
