Our prize hire Kiffen is one of the EXACT reasons this thread is in existance...the Kiffen hire by Mike Hamilton is just one of many reasons the guy has to go.

As for Spurrier having the GCs in the hunt...I agree 100%. I will be the FIRST to admit that Spurrier has done more at a school that was never really known for its recruiting than I could have imagined...it would have been great if Hamilton would have lured him our way instead of Kiffen.

I have always had a great and profound respect for Coach Spurrier.

I appreciate what Phil Fulmer has done and continues to do for the University. He is a true fan. But, at the same time, he has as much of a chance at being the next AD as he does at ever coaching the college game again. Thanks Phil, but, as it will for all of us, the time comes to move on.
