...personally, I will finally understand how the casual fan feels being able to watch football on Saturday without giving a damn about a particular team. Frankly, I cannot take much more of this BS.

Agreed. I boxed up all my UT gear on Sunday afternoon and put it in the attic. Total embarrassment and disgrace. I was ready to pull it back out today and forgive if they hired Brohm. If this university wants to give a big middle finger to the fans that fill their stadium and line their pockets I will do the same. Hire this guy and I'll find better causes to spend my money on.

I will also give my money and my four seats a year back to UT because Neyland will be 3/4 full every week and I’ll get free tickets walking into the gate on the 40 yard line.

I am kind of young (late 20's). I remember as a kid watching the Vols and loving every minute of it and never foreseeing not being a die hard fan. Over the last 10 years all of the excitement and enthusiasm has been sucked out of me.

It's like a bad nightmare that keeps happening over and over again. If Doeren is hired I think it will be my breaking point. I will continue to pull for the Vols, but I won't watch every game, won't buy tickets, won't donate anything.

Maybe one day when the current power players are no longer there I can return to my old ways.

I'd rather run a raffle among VolNation subscribers to call plays for the upcoming quarter of each game (must be present at the game to win - gotta sell the tickets).

My daughter is in the band at Clemson. If they hire Doeren, I'll just put more interest into Clemson until Doeten gets canned in about 4 years,

I actually canceled my tickets before last season. I was pissed about Oklahoma and Florida in 2015. Then in 2016 when we lost to Vandy and South Carolina that was it. I won't give UT another dime until they hire a coach worth a crap. And I don't see it happening.
