one of these three feats this year:

SHOULD BE a W in FLA...BUT...TENNESSEE ALWAYS seem to $HIT their pants in GainesviJJe...
I'm about to have a teenager who was watched us beat Bama twice in her lifetime (thankfully she witnessed both in person).

*also watched FL last year, we couldn't make it in '22 (but it's only happened 3 times in her life).

It's year 5.

I agree wholeheartedly that ONE of them needs to happen
I agree with that. I don’t think it’s unreasonable at all to want us to finally pull one of these three off, even if I don’t think we will unfortunately. Roster just isn’t good enough.

I’m sure somebody will respond to this and say I want Butch back, but I don’t care. I think these are three reasonable expectations for year 5, and you can think that while also not wanting Heupel’s head on a pike.

Heupel is about out of the 'wait til he gets his own guys' days. This is a big year for him, next year is HUGE.

I fear he has a high floor BUT has about hit his ceiling. Time will tell.
The ceiling is raised by upping the recruiting game and being willing to work with championship coaches who he doesn’t have a close relationship with. The players love him and he’s an offensive genius. Some thought that Spurrier had hit his ceiling and he hired Bob Stoops. I think there’s a small amount of correlation here.

Except Josh has only hired internally for his offensive staff really.

Funny enough IMO, I feel that the defense has been better than the offense (maybe some recency bias)

Winning in the swamp would be huge for me. More than beating Georgia. More than beating Alabama at BDS.
It's a tough choice.

*8 straight losses to GA.

*haven't won @FL since '03

*haven't won @AL since *03

For me, I'd probably go W vs. GA, W @FL, W @AL

100% the defense has been better. But I think Banks is closer to his ceiling than Heupel. Heupel has hampered himself with some mediocre coaching promotions and sketchy QB evaluations. I still think there is time for him to get the offense back on track.

Hazle and Elarbee for sure.

Yea, it's not been great so far. He chose Milton over Hooker*. He chose Nico.

*although he kinda fixed that one, yet went with Joe again the following year.
