Hurd and Kamara will both be first rounders.

First RB teammates to go in the first round since Darren McFadden and Felix Jones.

Difference is both Hurd and Kamara will be stars in the NFL instead of busts like McFadden and Felix Jones.

As much as I'd like that I see very little chance of both going in the first round. First off running backs a dime a dozen and are expendable. That has really changed in the last 15 years. Most aren't centerpieces of the offense like they once were.

I love Bill Simmons' Ewing Theory, which is that sometimes it's beneficial for a star to go down/away because it opens up opportunities that previously you never would have gone to and which are good for your team. I think it applies here.

I love Hurd, but the coaching staff is crazy if they don't use Kamara as the primary back and Hurd as your go-to short yardage back.

Fournette and maybe, MAYBE 1 more running back will be taken first round. Fournette is a freak......btw Ezekiel Elliot is a tremendous running back. one of the hardest runners to in a long time.

If Chubb would not have gotten hurt, I think he would have easily went in the first.

Kamara reminds me of the Chiefs'Jamal Charles. I think he'll go on to have a very productive career in the NFL. He's so versatile. You have to love his attitude and approach.

No he would not.. Derrick Henry went in the second round in the last draft you really think kamara would go in the first?!?!?!

Kamara is a lot better than Henry and more versatile. With the direction the NFL is headed, he's more valuable than a guy like Henry.

There is NO way that Kamara is a mid first round pick. Based on potential sponge, Chubb, Fournette, and McCaffery are all going to go before Hurd or Kamara in this draft.

Kamara would be lucky to be a fourth young pick in this draft.

If you were a tailback projected as a 4th-round or later NFL pick, would you stay for your senior year? Not sure what they get paid, but I bet it is more than most college grads get. And there are plenty of NFL stars who came out of nowhere...as well as high-round draft picks who didn't last more than a few years.

"The direction the NFL is headed"? Lol. This is your argument? You haven't said two words about Alvin until Sunday, after he showed what a lot of us have been saying about him....which is the reason why so many of us said he needed closer to an equal workload with Jalen, while all you've done is tout Hurd as a Heisman trophy finalist and surefure first round pick as the best running back in the country.

Also, you're saying the NFL is "headed in the direction" of a rb like Alvin, while at the same time saying Hurd is a first round pick. Which is it, cause Alvin and Jalen are polar opposite players. You're so selective and inconsistent and will take any position to support the point you want to make at the moment, even if it contradicts something you've said earlier.

Heard this morning that 43 of Hurd's 101 carries this year have resulted in 2 yards or less, many of which have been on first down, which have put this offense behind the sticks early. There's just no way, IMHO, that Hurd gets anywhere near the first round given his career at Tennessee. He's a good runner with average at best top end speed who's biggest strengths are the ancillary things you ask your rb to do....block and catch passes.

But, you keep doing the foolishness you do regarding which rbs will be drafted and when they'll come off the board ....it's just one of many erroneous points you've made that'll be thrown back in your face in the near future.

Hurd and Kamara will both leave for the NFL. No reason to stay. They won't risk injuries at UT. So many examples of juniors who could have left, but are now injured.
