NEO been debating with Mike and he said he was talking bout he would advise the Hurd family to contact Michigan.. that's pretty interesting.. I could see Hurd staying at RB and being a beast in Harbaugh's system..

He can't.

Jalen has grown in the last year.
He is just too tall now and all the jokes came true.
I don't have a ruler but he looks close to 6'5 now. He's outgrown the position in the nfls eyes was the innuendo.

Pre draft report is not where it should be.
Worth the wait to switch positions and go much higher.

I still think there is a chance he declares but right now it's not looking that way.

Well.. all the jokes did come true funny how VN comes thru sometimes.. where ever he goes I'll root for him.. Tennessee kid.. two stories to a situation and there's always a story no one knows but the two parties.. I hate that he quit mid season but I don't know the circumstances I tend to look at things as fair as possible..

He will go the DGB route if he does transfer. Practice at new position without playing and then get drafted based on potential without playing for new school. Yes, I know DGB didn't change positions. Same deal though.

But the bottom line is, it was his actions that caused all this. I seriously doubt CBJ was gonna dismiss him, too much PR damage to the program and certainly recruiting. It's gonna be a nightmare right now on the recruiting trail for Butch and staff IMO.

Hurd clearly forced the issue because I guarantee you, one way or the other, Jones surely would've preferred to manage the situation with as little disruption as possible, get through the next 2 months with Jalen, let him declare for the draft in January, and all's well that ends well without the ish storm he's currently dealing with.

Jalen come to New York. We don't have a TE and our HC is just as crappy as Butch. You will fit right in.
