I would call it flame bait, not click bait. Click bait is reserved for intentionally misleading titles written in order to lure people onto a site. Flame bait achieves the same goal of getting views by intentionally writing to anger a particular group. Both are equally low level writing.

and at the same time he portrays Iverson as a humble and gracious athlete, who serves as an example and role model.

All you need to know about the Huff Post is one where its located and two they hate anything that has to do with good moral charactor, good ethics, and earning success the right way. That paper isn't worth putting on the garage floor for my dog to go on.

The very first problem is Huffington Post. Nothing but a bunch of little pansy liberals who know nothing especially when it comes to sports. I'm sick of hearing about entitlement, white privilege and of course the big go to, racism. Manning and players like him are what is right with sports unlike people like Manziel. Notice how I used a white players name so I won't upset anyone lest they think I'm racist. Peyton has nothing to apologize for nor should he. He has given plenty of his time and money to help others what has the "writer" of the article ever actually done? Just another left winger who thinks that anyone who is successful is a racist, narcissistic white man who is holding down others. Congrats, Peyton and let the haters hate. While I get quite tired of all the Marxist, Leftist commentary, this article just gives ammunition to that mind set. Peyton has been a class act his entire career. The NFL could only dream all players were as grounded. I mostly avoid biased sources, Left or Right. And, this is why. The writer's mind is warped with bias.

Manziel is a good example of how arrogance, immaturity and cockiness isn't bound by race. I have similar feelings for both Johnny Football and Superman.

I see the race card played too often. Anybody taking note of the diversity of Beyonce's dance squad? I couldn't follow the lyrics, but I did hear something about "negro nostrils protecting my nose".. or something like that.

What if a squad of blonde girls danced and were singing about how proud they were of their whiteness? It'd go over like a one egg pudding. Double Standard? Perhaps.

The article is actually pretty instructive in that it shows what the Manning haters have left in their arsenal. I guess this step they call "denial."
