It is a full quote.

She is saying Iraq was a mistake - she's talking about the consequences of going into Iraq and the problems resulting from it. That is the context.

For the Libya she's saying no one got killed in the initial stages. However, if you want to compare our involvement in Iraq vs involvement in Libya it is incorrect to say no one got killed as a result in Libya.

So it is not entirely out of context.

If she's talking invasion operations only then she is technically correct but I doubt she's critiquing the invasion operations of Iraq rather than the whole decision to get involved. She chose to compare them on how many people we lost. She set the context.

3 questions on hillary:

1) why does she always seem so angry
2) where are all these "barriers" and "discrimination" towards every person alive except straight white men
3) they have had the white house for 7.5 years, why hasnt all this "discrimination" and "barriers" been cured
