Getting ready to watch the Griz and Portland on the tube. Since Bonzie Wells and Rasheed Wallace are gone and Allen Iverson hasn't shown up in the great northwest yet, probably won't be much "thug" talk going on tonight.........Hman, I didn't read the CA online today. Are the UT-Memphis letters still flying back and forth?
The Heat are in disarray. If Wade is still out Saturday night, it will be a great chance for the Griz to pick up a road win.Man you should be watching this Portland / Griz game, hat. Grizzlies have played from behind the whole game and caught up and went ahead with about 1:30 left. Down by one with 13.6 seconds with the ball. Damn threw the ball away with 5.2 seconds. Randolph fouled with 4.6. Foul to give. Randolph fouled again with 2.9. Makes first free throw. Makes second. Down by three. Miller throws full court pass out of bounds. Foul inbounds pass. Randolph hits first, misses second, Blazers get rebound and lay up a basket. Oh well, was exciting at the end. Hope the Griz play as hard Saturday when you come over for the Heat game. Plus Pau will be back for the first time this season.
Losing to Penn State would be a very bad thing. Although they are bettter than most people realize...a loss would not be a good way to wrap up a good year.
Joepa vs CPF..head to head, i'd take Joepa.
Maybe, but would you take Joepa's staff over CPF's staff? Doubt it.
It would depend HOW we lost... Slobberknocker, close game where they just were the last to have the ball... I dont think I have too much of a problem with that, well, that's relative to talking about losing.. On the other hand, a blowout where we look terrible would be devastating.
This sounds strange, but I would rather open our eyes then have a close loss to a middle of the road team in an average bowl game. How can you stand to lose a game like this to an unranked team and be ok with it?
