That's what's said every year. Seems they were fast enuf to beat two very good SEC teams the last two years.

trivia: Last year, no SEC team was able to hold Ark to only 14 points, only So Cal & Wisco.

To use something that you said that applies to Wisconsin's last bowl game, "Arky just had their Super Bowl... fell short and they didn't give a **** about that bowl game."

I think they'd rather be golfing than preparing for this Outhouse bowl, which they regard as sort of a Consolation bowl.

For the Badgers, all bowl games are their Super Bowl....regardless if it's the Rose, Capitol One, Outback, or the Toilet Bowl. They come prepared.

Well you got PJ Hill back we're down two defensive starters and we've got a lameduck OC and recievers coach
Even with all that I still think we win, we still had to stop your running game whether it was PJ Hill or the back-up that shreaded Minnesota, and your TE.
I think we can establish the run, then Ainge will sit back and pick your secondary apart

Hate to say it, but I'm seeing visions of another lackluster showing where we lose to a team that we should have beat.

When that huge Big 10 offensive line starts blowing our thin defensive line off the ball and their feature back is averaging 5.0+ ypc the outcome will become clear. I'd love to see a way for the Vols to win , I just don't see it happining.

We still have a chance due to the lack of talent of a team we're facing. Wiscy isn't very good, there's not a good team in the Big Ten. Despite the losses of players we still have a shot anyway. I think losing of coaches will allow us to not be as conservative and we'll let loose. Badgers are in trouble is my prediction..

We can still outscore Wisconsin, so even if our "D" is a little thin we just have to continue to put points on the board
PJ Hill's a little rusty so a couple of turnovers could come our way

Only one bowl game means anything, and the rest are a total fraud. You see teams that get up for bowls who havent been, the team is excited, the fanbase is excited. They go have fun, play well, and usually win. You think Okla gave a rats behind about playing Boise last year. You take coaches like Paterno who are ingrained in the bowl system, and he treats it like the greatest thing since sliced bread. UT goes to the SECCG loses a gut wrencher, and then a month later go play Wisky, sorry I watch because I love UT football, but I probably sleep thru half of it.

Im beginning to believe VolNation doesnt have a competitive bone its body.

All I hear is "this game doesnt matter" and as far as a $$$ signs and a championship is concerned it doesnt. But I am sick and got-damn tired of losing to inferior teams in bowl games.

But I know we are big, bad Tennessee we won a National title against a fourth string QB. We are too prestigious to care about anything less than a Sugar Bowl.

As far as the game goes I still think the Vols roll the Badgers by 10 despite the injuries.

The vols are going to destroy Wisc. People living in that state should gather their badger gear and compile it in an outside bon fire and prepare it to burn. Their children that aspire to go to Wisc. should begin searching for jr. colleges with cheese eating programs. Competitive cow tipping should become the focus of Wisc U atheletic program. All fans that have any affiliation to the university should discontinue their season tickets as they will certainly become invaluable after the whoopin the vols will lay on them.
In fact, the entire state of wisc should consider changing their name to Tennessee North.

There, is that the passion you needed?

I wish UT could play a better, big time team for more of a challenge. UT has way too much speed and talent for wisconsin. I wish UT was playing Michigan or Illinois.

Im not saying that Wisconsin is a "big time" team, but I would have to disagree that Michigan would be more of a challange then us. We did beat them this year. Illinois is a very good team THIS year, but to call them a "big time" team after one season is a bit over the top. We are not as fast as we were when we blew past Auburn 2 years ago, but win or loose, I hope UT fans come away from this game with a different view of Wisconsin football. We do like to pound the ball, but we also have some speed to go along with it. I think it should be a good game that could go either way. Have a Merry Christmas!
