How long would Alabama, Florida, Georgia, LSU

All have history of firing a coach when it's obvious that it's not working. Zook got 3 years and was 16-8 in the SEC. Shula got 4 and was 13-19 in the SEC. Gary DiNardo got 5 years at LSU and was 18-20 in the SEC. Auburn fired Terry Bowden after he went 1-5 in his 6th year with a 30-14 overall record.

Again, Derek Dooley is 4-17 in the SEC and people are still defending this fool.

Dont worry the BIG donors are working quietly to find the next coach. They havent fired him to avoid a media feeding frenzy. Can you imagaine the circus and the questions about Gruden if they fired him first? Dooley is done. The big time boosters are going to find the new guy THIS time because its gotta be the right guy. No search firms, no making offers that surface in the media, no cheap lower tier unproven candidates, etc. Sit tight Dooley's is good as gone.

Florida fired Zook after three years with over a 60% winning percentage because he lost to us and FSU.
Alabama gave Shula four years with slightly higher than 50%.
LSU and UGA haven't had a bad spell in the past few years so it's hard to say neither was great in the early nineties but I doubt either would go more than two or three years with Dooley's record.
There is no excuse for Tennessee to put up with 3 years of 14-19 and at the very best 19-19 football.

Bama-3 years
Florida-3 years
Georgia-5 years
LSU-4 years
Aubrn-4 years

I have a hard time buying this when Chizik actually won a NC at Auburn and it's looking like that didn't even buy him 3 more years. He wouldn't have lasted 4 if he'd never won anything.
