How do we look at receiver next year?

If Tillman returns, yes he will take pressure off the others to perform. Holiday, Calloway, Hyatt, Merrill, Keyton, and Coby. Several of them will have to step up their game. I have faith this staff can develop the wr room. We saw his scheme have wrs running wide open in every game. With the group we have coming in I will be surprised if everybody stays.

Yeah im not worried about receiver really. There's a lot of talent outside of Tillman. I wouldn't bet against this staff getting those guys humming in this offense.

Wondering if Calloway is planning to enter portal after BG. Why is he not practicing. Last report I saw he was standing on sideline in street cloths. Appears he is not planning on playing in BG? Maybe reading too much into this but he didn't get much PT this season.

Forget about receiver targets; we don't have the bodies on defense to stop Vanderbilt. The other side of the ball is where we will die next year.

My biggest concern with the WR room, is hanging on to coach Burns.
Very impressed with the performance his squad turned in this season.

Just like Tillman had a break out year, one to three of these guys will do the same. Another year in the same system means a lot.

That's what they said this year too and we lost sooo many on the defensive side including both starting ILBs, best CB, and others.

They can get open, but can they catch the dang ball?

Plenty of talent on paper, I guess. They signed some promising guys, so we can hope there are plenty as long as the injury bug doesn't factor in heavily. But I agree that the staff seems like the kind who will get these players ready. Actually on that point, I am feeling more confident than I have for years.

They had two good drives in the second half and a miracle TD

Vanderbilt really didn't do much against us at all.

One of those 2 drives in 2nd half was over 20 plays and about 11 minutes long. Y ou really think that is good, or even, kinda good play on D? Get real.

And I will state the obvious, if any of these new guys are here this Spring, that would help them immensely to get situated on the team before next Fall.
