Nothing like an 11 year old walking around with a .50 caliber pistol. I guess that didn't strike anyone as weird since it was in Alabama....
:thumbsup:I was sort of thinking the same thing. I'm all for the right to bear arms, but it's sort of comical thinking about an 11 year old walking around the woods with a .50 caliber pistol.
I've shot a lot of guns but don't know if I'd try the 50cal pistol. I held one last time we were at the range and I'm pretty sure it would break my arm.
Exactly . . . I can't imagine an 11 year old handling the recoil. I'm not saying that he might not have gotten a shot or two in, but if I'm in the woods with a 1,000 lb hog the could charge at anytime, I don't think I'd hand the gun to an 11 year old and bank on him.
Far from feral, the pig had been raised on an Alabama farm and was sold to the Lost Creek Plantation just four days before it was shot there in a 150-acre fenced area, the animal's former owner said.
