I think if Kippy doesnt get the job, he def needs to be assistant HC. After his PC today, he has earned alot of respect from fans, students and more importantly, the players.

Watch the following excerpt from his presser today and tell me you don't see the difference between him and Kiffin.

I know he's not a flashy, hip name, but BY GOD his demeanor, his experience, and his love for TN would go a long, long way and I believe the current coaches would follow him.

As for you youngin's looking for some flash, you need to really listen before you go off.

If I win the lottery before Hammy finds somebody, I'll offer to pay his first couple years salary....

I could handle that as well. It seems as though he already has landed some credibility with the current members of the team. I think he could do a good job.

With the right staff, he'd be fine. I admire the man's qualities and he gets some of the strongest supporting statements from players he's coached that I've ever read.

I think he can recruit. And, I'd imagine that after watching this staff just walk away as it did, some recruits would appreciate a man with his integrity.

Kippy cares about what happens to UT. Screw these other money hungry job swapping A$$wholes coaches. Kippy Can salvage a little recruiting and rebuild this football program. What do y'all think.:rock:
