With the right staff, he'd be fine. I admire the man's qualities and he gets some of the strongest supporting statements from players he's coached that I've ever read.

I think he can recruit. And, I'd imagine that after watching this staff just walk away as it did, some recruits would appreciate a man with his integrity.
