Do you know anything about ISIS?People once again using a particular crisis to insinuate that the battle is religious, rather than political. How many times has the world seen that mistake?
Countless. Guess there's no reason dumb people shouldn't be duped into it again.
Do you know anything about ISIS?
Look at what they are doing in the name of Islam. Killing and forcing Christians to leave. Marking their homes:

How is this "political" and, "What difference, at this point, does it matter?"
Based on your argument, if the US would only leave the area all will be well, this would not change ISIS and what they are doing and will do if the world lets them. It's too late to apologize for whatever transgressions you believe "caused" this.
Didn't Obama do that already?
Who says we are the only ones being pressed to conclude that all Muslims are the enemy? Same applies to them. Those fomenting the violence promote the conflation of Christianity with western political forces.
It makes no difference. As long as the sheep see a (D) in front of her name, they will vote for her. She's the only big name out there on the democratic side.
Hillary 2016
Sure the D's will vote for whomever has the D beside their name, same as the R's will vote for whomever has a R beside their name. That will not get either one elected, neither side has the % to win. The moderate voters are who elects the POTUS. I will go a step beyond that and say a small number of the moderate voters in 6-8 states determines who wins.
Short term the divide is so narrow, and concentrated in a handful of states, that it comes down to which side is motivated the most to show up and to help people get to the polls.
Long term the divide is going to widen, in favor of the Dems, due to demographic shifts. If the GOP cannot figure out a way to quiet it's natural base of angry whites, and to attract more than a handful of minorities, they run the risk of permanently handing the WH to the other side.

Contrary to what several posters on here believe the far right Tea Party group has done tremendous harm to the Republican Party. Sure they will win their gerrymandered districts but they had a terrible senate primary season.
I wish I knew why you hated the tea party so bad, I mean, I know why my in laws do, they are liberals, but you??
They are scared of them and their influence. They are scared that people will listen to them, actually understand that, the tea party, is for all folks- no matter the color of their skin.
Gramps- are you truly a moderate? Be honest please. The only folks I know that get angry over the tea party are far left loons.

I don't think you are going to find many people here that support the Tea Party movement that really care how they affect the GOP. I don't understand this "contrary to what several posters on here believe" statement. I think at this point, it is pretty much established that they are 2 unique groups.

There are several posters on here that do strongly support the Tea Party . that is why I said "several".
