Morrison has done ok. She may get hammered the next inning but so far she's getting outs.

Fielding gaffe by SC to let Gregg get on - the 2nd baseman was slow to get over and cover 1st.

Lockman may as well go back to the bench. She is never going to be the right hand hitter we need. I guess when Allie Shipman gets here the catcher position will be a lot better.

Seriously?

Lockman is a much better defensive catcher than Overstreet was the past two seasons. Granted she can't hit like Lexi. But if you send Lockman to the bench then you have catcher being manned by McSwain who isn't nearly as good with either the glove or bat.

Morrison gets two outs and then suddenly walks the bases loaded then a single off Leach's glove drives in 2 runs. 8-1 SC.

Walks have absolutely killed TN tonight.

Well that is total BS. The SC hitter hits a dribbler to Rowland at first and the batter runs into the grass to avoid the tag. Ump calls her safe. Absolute horse-hockey.

Another run in. 9-1 SC.

Well I was mostly taking about her trying to hit, but you are right McSwain is the worse of the two. I do not think either of them are better defensively than Lexi. I say leave Scarlet on the bench and have Abby bat 8th so she can get her whiffs in later in the game.

Well folks we just got run ruled by a piss poor pitcher and SC team. The pitching and hitting was pathetic. More laughing and smiling by this crew tonight than effort.
