Excitement to the program. Shows off offense, vents frustration from the program. I’m so mad, tired of no offense that I would want to beat the ish out of every team I could. Run it up baby!!!What statement does hanging 70+ on Bowling Green make?
With Heupel as OC Missouri put up 79 on Delaware State and still went 2-6 in conference play.
We haven’t hung 70, heck even 60 on anyone in the what? 15 years or more? I might’ve missed a game but I can’t rememberHanging 70 on bowling green sounds like ...
1: Locker material.
2: Every other hyper tensive raging coach that has come out of Tennessee. There is a reason ole dude ain't winning at Va Tech. All rage, no discipline. I would think a Tennesseean would have learnt his/her lesson by now. Just take care of business.
People forget that Harrison is only a sophmore. Last year he played a lot in garbage time so he didn’t want to make mistakes throwing stupid passes, thus holding the ball longer. This year , if he starts he will definitely be a completely different qb than last year. The QB holding the ball too long doesn’t work in any system. Let’s see what he can do under a real QBs coach before we write him off.
I think people are ro dependent upon his ranking....he is also the QB so far that has held the ball to long and throw an int....People forget that Harrison is only a sophmore. K. Freak can you sticky this response and save him from carpal tunnel?Lol...no.
Like at UCF, at Missouri Heupel's offense consistently put of lots of points on bad, and over-matched teams from non-P5 conferences, against SEC opponents in 2016-17 it was pedestrian at best, and downright bad at times with Missouri going 2-6 and 4-4 respectively.
2016 Missouri Points vs SEC Opponents
Georgia: 27
LSU: 7
Florida: 14
Kentucky: 21
South Carolina: 21
Vanderbilt: 26
Tennessee: 37
Arkansas: 38
Average: 24
2017 Missouri Points vs SEC Opponents
South Carolina: 13
Auburn: 14
Kentucky: 34
Georgia: 28
Florida: 45
Tennessee: 50
Vanderbilt:45
Arkansas: 48
Average: 35
Notable non-conference P5 Teams that Huepel's offense didn't score well against
2016 West Virginia: 11
2017 Purdue: 3
2017 Texax: 16
Which is why all this talk of averaging 40-50 PPG with an SEC schedule is laughable, and even more an utterly unrealistic expectation for Heupel's first year, given the attrition, following Pruitt's mismanagement, etc.

I think we all are of the assumption that Harrison is still a work in progress, based on comments coming from the coaches. That doesn't mean that he won't be the starter later, and it doesn't mean he won't start game one.I was really hoping this kid was going to be number one. I now believe that he is just in the wrong system.
CJH's -offense is not going to wait for HB to get rid of the ball in time. I believe he is the most accurate passer of the four but he does not get rid of the ball fast enough. I think he will be the first to transfer. If, and a big if, the OL could give him the time he would be my choice as QB. I do not think that will happen. I hope I am wrong.
What does rpo have to do with the qb running?
Lol...no.

Nice illustration.Lol I don't think anyone is expecting 50ppg but to act like there won't be improvement is just as silly. The season before Huepel got to Missorui they were the literally 2nd worst offensive team in the country.. 127 out of 128.
