Although I didn’t see the scenario of them beating Alabama to advance prior to the LSU loss, IMO this was Florida’s best chance for the playoffs. I really think they will drop off significantly next season with the amount of offensive production they will be losing.
Trask, Pitts, Toney, Grimes etc...that’s a lot of pieces to replace. I could be way off with my assumption but I haven’t seen anything from anyone else on their team that has that type of ability to score at will on waiting deck.

Florida was getting rolled by Alabama anyway regardless of the LSU out come.

That was awesome. Now Florida is out of the National Championship picture and UGA lost their way out of the SEC as well. Now Florida will get steamrolled and lose again to a great Bama team. I’m conflicted on who to cheer for on that one.

Always a bridesmaid, never the bride. This is what Florida fans do not get when it comes to Mullin. Not saying he is a bad coach, he's not, but he's not going to be the break through coach anyone needs. We may not be getting there with CJP but neither is Florida with Mullin. Some have been telling you "I told you so", well ...... I told you so. Hide and watch, ain't happening. Certainly not this year.

The likelihood of Florida winning anything more than the East with Mullin as HC is very low. Same goes for Ga with Smart. They both have peaked as HCs. Mullin at State and Smart when they lost the NC to Alabama.

I wonder how long they hold on to those two before making a change. The writing is on the wall that neither can get it done.

We know we got problems. Those two probably still believe that Smart and Mullin are the answer. I bet there’s a lot of “I told you so.” going on at Ga and Fl right now. Hire a DC at Ga. I bet there were plenty that knew that wouldn’t work. To hire a goofball like Mullin is more like a cry for an AD to get fired than going out and hiring a legit HC.

LSU was getting ready to punt and player shoe come off and Wilson of Florida decided to throw 20 yards down the field and an unsportsmanlike penalty was called and 1st down was given. Then the LSU kicker comes in and kicks a 56 yards field goal with 23 seconds left.

Love it when Florida loses. I will watch Alabama roll over then next week with joy in my heart. If I can't see Tennessee win. Watching Florida loose is the next best thing. Also I don't care if it's Alabama or who ever. As long as I get to see a Florida beatdown.
