From 92 to 98 Phil went 67-11 a win percentage over that span of 85%.From the years 99 to 06 he won 70 and lost 30 a winning percentage of duh 70%.His overall with the 07 cal included it is 75%.Phil's numbers are not the issue they are very good overall. The landscape in college football has changed. There is more wide spread talent. It comes down to coaching more times than not now days.Someone do the math for us. Split his total years in half, and give us records for each half, championships, wins over top 20 teams, etc.
