I met Gus when he came to my sons high school to recruit one of our OL to Auburn. I gotta admit, I really like the guy. He stood and talked to me for at least 10 minutes. He was very genuine and seemed to be a straight shooter.

His offense has been figured out (Freeze comparison again).

He has gotten as far as Kirby Smart, with far less team talent.
He might actually look at our situation as being an easier place to coach (in the East).

Well I don't know. I haven't seen it run with a competent QB yet but Malzahn's is a glorified high school offense. Better than Butch's glorified middle school offense but still high school.

No, just no - he may be the only guy I know with less charisma than Pruitt, he couldn't recruit a quarterback, he was going to spiral downward. Their recruiting was way off this year. Hard pass.
